Psychology

Why do we humans feel, think and act the way we do?

We analyze and reflect on psychological conditions of both professional and general nature. Based on psychological theory, you gain basic insight into human thought, feeling and behaviour. Both as regards humans in isolation, and as a product of the group and culture we are a part of.

Psychology is aimed at those who are generally interested in the subject, and those who want preparation or clarification as to whether they wish to continue with a course of study within psychology, pedagogy or teaching.

You put together your own schedule with the subjects you are most interested in. You can create a course at university where you immerse yourself in the psychological field and reflect on psychological conditions of both a professional and general nature.

The subjects can have a theoretical approach, where we acquire professional knowledge and review theories, but there will also be practical approaches, which provide new reflection on psychological conditions of both a professional and general nature. In addition, in some subjects you will have the opportunity to reflect on your personal development, while others focus on group psychology, interaction and team building.

Psychological knowledge can become important for many different kinds of study and career paths. With a university course, you have the opportunity to clarify your motivation and prepare for a relevant study or work in the field of psychology.

An insight into the world of psychology is also an insight into man. It can provide exciting insights into us humans – both when we develop as individuals, but also when we have to live together and create relationships with each other.
