240 square metres of cool training equipment. Our strength training room can be used for fitness training, strength training or rehabilitation.
Strength training area:
- 4 platforms for free weight training
- 2 power racks
- Dumbbell area
- Machines for training; bench press, leg curl and extension, 2 x cable pull, pulldown, seated rows, glute-ham-raise, hyperextension.
- Turf for prowler
CARDIO AREA:
- 2 Concept2 rowing machines
- 2 adjustable bikes
- 2 spinning bikes
- 3 Crosstrainers
- 2 treadmills
We use the room in class, but you are free to use all the equipment outside of class as well.
