In football class we work with different playing styles and try out different roles and positions in the game. You will develop both technical, tactical and physical skills in different ways. If you combine this class with our other football classes, you can enjoy football for more than 10 lessons per week.

Adventure race is a sport with action, sweat and power. You will be challenged personally, physically and not least as a team player. We learn about all the disciplines and put them together in cool races. Adventurerace is about cooperation and communication and everyone can participate.
COPS is short for Coordination, Oxygen (fitness), Power (sprint, jump), and Strength, which are the basic ingredients in the recipe to get you in great shape – especially designed to prepare you to pass the physical entry exam for the Danish police force.
In this class we focus on bodyweight training. We use our bodyweight statically and dynamically as we learn the different skills. We use exercise racks, but also make use of our outdoor options.
Through yoga we challenge and strengthen your flexibility, balance and core muscles. We focus on the balance between body and mind through exercises, breathing and presence. You get to try different types of yoga
Bootcamp is inspired by American military training. It is about improving your physical fitness and your explosive endurance through interval- and high intensity training. Prepare for “all-out” intense workouts and high group spirits.
Fitness 360 consists of many different appetizers from the fitness world. From individual strength training to different types of group training like EFFEKT, step, larges gym balls, redondo balls, indoor cycling, crossfitness and a lot more.
In this class you get to try a lot of different ball games. We try out well-known and lesser-known ball games. As part of the student group you have a big influence on which ball games you want to try out.
Padel tennis is a game for everyone. We focus on technique, tactics, the community and enjoying the joy of the game. We mainly play outdoors during this period. Since we rent the courts, the class costs extra.
Handball is characterized by team spirit, fight, discipline and psychology. With your current level as our starting point we will focus on developing your individual skills as a player.
Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) is a military-inspired obstacle course. Each obstacle offers a personal victory, whether you like to tackle hills and climbs, if you’re into downhill speed, or you’re into the strategic part of the course, which requires you to analyse the obstacles.
Do you like different challenges in nature? In this class you get to do mountainbiking, orienteering, inline skating, shooting, winter bathing, duathlon, OCR and cross-country skiing, weather permitting.
Sea kayaking is your chance to get amazing experiences at sea. Our conditions are optimum with Vejle Fjord very close to the school. We practise our technique in the kayak and go on trips with the chance to spot porpoises. Besides, you will become familiar with kayak surfing.
Do you love energetic music and awesome choerographies? Put a smile on your lip while breaking a sweat! You will be presented with different genres within team training, such as powerdance, step, bodytoning, aerobics, zumba, combat and lots more. We develop choreographies from simple to challenging steps. Your level is our starting point.
In crossfitness classes we practise a variety of full-body exercises to improve your core strength and physical fitness. Usually in an intense atmosphere using kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, and lots of verbal motivation.
In multisports you get to try out many different sports. We try ball games, fitness and outdoor activities. You will try sports that you have not tried before and you – as part of the student group – will help choose some of the types of sports you would like to try.
In the Racket 360° class we delve into different racket games. Our starting point is the joy of racket sports. We try badminton, squash, padel tennis, short tennis, table tennis, pickleball and other alternative forms of racket sports.
In this class we combine football training with tests. We do regular football training, but play with the professional Playertek system to measure how our physics are put into play and how we develop along the way. You can combine this class with other classes related to football.
Develop as a volleyball player! Through varied and inspiring exercises, you will learn to master all elements of the game – both technical and tactical. We enjoy playing beachvolleyball as the weather gets warmer and sunnier.
International class is a unique way to learn about Denmark. We practise the Danish language and learn about the Danish culture and society. This is a required subject for the internationals, but Danish students can also choose it, if you want an international experience.

Maybe you want to run a faster 5K, or get a better experience with a marathon/half marathon? We run around our cinder track and the beautiful scenery around the school in different terrains and with varying intensity. The classes are for experienced runners as well as beginners with challenges on all levels.
Would you like to learn the correct strength training techniques and get a more efficient strength training programme?
We put together a mix of functional forms of training. We train our muscles and circuit in functional movements with focus on strength, endurance and mobility. E.g. with TRX, core training, redondo balls, foam rollers, barefoot fitness, pilates and dynamic yoga.
In the Indoor Bike Xperience classes we make use of the excellent opportunities at the school to combine virtual cycling and indoor cycling. It will be tough, we will be doing virtual races, indoor cycling and spinning – Meanwhile, we will learn a lot more about how to improve our fitness.
Full speed ahead! This is where you get to feel the acid burning. The classes consist of different types of HIIT, indoor cycling and boxing training. We promise classes with lots of speed and focus on pulse, power, sweat and positive aggression.

Basketball is about understanding the game to get intense matches. The lessons are mainly about technical and tactical training along with lots of relevant exercises. When the weather is good we play streetbasket.

Are you looking for challenges? You will experience mental and physical challenges with inspiration from Navy Seals, battle, escape rooms, tumbling, hang time, fight club, climbing, playtime and night theme. Do you dare?
You learn how to handle the bike to get the feeling of surfing around single trails in the forests right outside our doors where we have passages at all levels of difficulty.
We teach basic self-defense with techniques and exercises such as MMA, Brazilian ju-jitsu and karate, and you learn how to defend yourself. We play and challenge each other regardless of level.
Do you like a variety of outdoor training, experiences and mud? Toughest is about basic training. We practise circle training, trail running, obstacle course running among many other activities. General fitness and strength training are boiled together in one outdoor fitness class.
We dance to great music and smooth rythms. We work on steps and choreographies of various genres. Dance contain cool elements from the streetdance culture – hip hop, funk, house, jump style and modern dancing as well as showdance.

Badminton & racket sports at VIH focuses on the joy of racket sports. Besides badminton you might try squash, tennis, table tennis and alternative forms of racket sports.
We play futsal indoor without fences and with a special ball that does not jump as much as a regular football. The ball lets you practise tricks, dribbles, and cool details with lots of creativity. You get great conditions for developing your individual skills while enjoying the high pace and intensity of the game.
In the music classes you get the opportunity to play in a band, be a lead singer or choir singer and learn to play an instrument. We welcome you, whether you are a beginner or an experienced musician. We promise suitable challenges and learning experiences for everyone who is motivated.
Soccer Coach & Performance is tailored for you and your passion for football. The aim is to give you an insight into the different parameters of the world of football. We take a look at the different roles when working with football; being a football coach, talent scout, football analyst, strategy and management in modern football clubs.
Brew & bonfire is for everyone who enjoys exploring natural processes and enjoy delicious food cooked over an open fire – and for those who love to have a good time. We enjoy our home brewed beer, while we wait for the food to finish in our homemade outdoor oven.
Body & mind is about life style and quality of life. Both body and mind are key in this class as we focus on well-being and wellness. We practise several activities, e.g. yoga, massage, mindfulness and meditation.
How do I meassure my fitness progress? Is my fitness programme working? Can I trust my body fat percentage result? Am I explosive enough? We try to answer questions like these. We use advanced equipment in our test centre as well as simple tests that only require running shoes.
Green Mind is about ‘sustainable living’. We will delve into areas where we can make a difference in the world. The classes will mostly be practical work and you will learn a lot about how we can help ensure a green future. E.g. focusing on biodiversity, green food, construction / DIY and sustainable clothes consumption/production.
Our trip to Chamonix in France is an experience that combines spectacular scenery, outdoor adventure activities and a taste of French Alpine charm. We will try hiking, adventure activities, a glacier tour and much more. The trip is for everyone regardless of experience.

OPTIONAL football trip to Hamburg: We will experience the fantastic football city of Hamburg as we visit the Volkspark Stadium, club St. Pauli in the Millerntor Stadium and experience the atmosphere at Altona 93 during 3 days.
OPTIONAL Weekend trip: We will explore crossfit, strength training and “strong man” in Denmark and Sweden. We are planning a 2-3 day road trip to delve into in different strength training disciplines.
