Balanced body & movement

During the Balanced body & Movement classes we try to achieve a balanced body. Many of our students appreciate this class as a supplement to hard training. In these classes we de-stress and build up our bodies by focusing on flexibility, balance and core muscles. We use our breath and focus on the movements.

You will learn different exercises inspired by hatha yoga and aerial yoga as well as core training, redondo balls, foam roller, barefoot fitness, pilates and massage.

We use our amazing yoga room with a view of the forest, but if the weather is right, we use our outdoor pool for SUP yoga or our beautiful park area or the forest for sessions focusing on calmness, presence and inner strength.
