Body & mind is about life style and quality of life. Both body and mind are key in this class as we focus on well-being and wellness. We focus on several activities, e.g. yoga, stretching, relaxation and meditation. You will acquire both theoretical and practical experience.
Through reflection and discussion we put our lives into perspective.
In this class we practise mindfulness. We all need to find our own pace in a modern hectic life. It is important to find our own way to navigate in life – to know when to speed up or slow down or when to let go and accept life as it is. Just like when learning how to drive a car, we practise where and when to press our own inner gas pedal or brake to enjoy life to the fullest and be present in every moment.
