Bootcamp is inspired by American military training. It is about improving your physical fitness and your explosive endurance through interval- and high intensity training. You will be introduced to efficient ways to get in shape and burn energy. We will vary the training with different elements of e.g. HIIT, Tabata, circle training in “all-out” intense workouts.
During the lessons we will create a unique training experience with high and intense energy from both students and coaches. After the training you will feel like you have more energy than before even though you pushed your body to the limit during the workout.
