BREW & BONFIRE

Brew & Bonfire will most likely challenge you on something that you have not tried before. You will get to know the process behind beer brewing, cook different kinds of food and dishes over open fire in different kinds of outdoor ovens as well as a traditional bonfire.

During the classes you will learn the entire process of beer brewing and the establishment of an association, such as a brewing guild. We will establish a brewing guild based on current Danish legislation in a democratic process.

You will also learn how to cook over an open fire – making delicious food ready for eating or preserving. We will make smoked food, salted food, fried food – you name it!

We focus on healthy alternatives and a green transition when choosing raw materials and reducing food waste. What can we do and what can we get out of it?

From farm to fork

We focus on healthy alternatives and a green transition in relation to the choice of raw materials and reducing food waste.

What can we do and what can we get out of it? As part of the lessons we visit breweries or other local food producers.

We work with the concept of “farm-to-fork”, which is the idea of ​​being able to collect your own food and use local ingredients. For example, we go on various trips to gather mushrooms, herbs, signal crayfish and blue mussels.

We build our own, primitive oven, and maybe together we will find new exciting ways to cook our food?
