Fysiofit & Test

In FysioFit and Test, we work with how the body functions, recovers, how we prevent injuries, how we treat injuries and, not least, how we can use tests in this whole equation. You get hands-on experience with all of this. We have access to our unique testing center where we learn how different tests can be used to predict recovery and when you are ready again after injury. The subject tries to make you smarter about how you can ensure that you can keep training and what you do if the injury does happen.
