Are we using our full potential? This question is the focal point of sports psychology. In several sports, it is assumed that up to 90% of the performance depends on the mental performance. Through theory, we examine how we actually act when things go well and badly. Both with regards to our own individual mentality but also with regards to creating a well-functioning team.

Skills that can be crucial so that you don’t get in the way of your own or the team’s success.
