Sports psychology & teamplayer (in Danish)

In Danish

Are we using our full potential? This question is the focal point of sports psychology. In several sports, it is assumed that up to 90% of the performance depends on the mental performance. Through theory, we examine how we actually act when things go well and badly. Both with regards to our own individual mentality but also with regards to creating a well-functioning team.

Personally and as a team you get the chance to work on being able to intentionally turn on useful or beneficial thoughts or feelings as well as understanding and putting your personal strengths into play on a team. Skills that can be crucial so that you don’t get in the way of your own or the team’s success.

We all have potential waiting to be released

I believe we all have potential waiting to be released. Sports psychology is not only interesting when you don’t perform as expected. “I was too nervous” and “I couldn’t keep focus” is a description of the past. I have great experience combining the physical and the mental field – and I have lots of experience through my university degree in psychology and my sports career.
