We ensure progression in our training in different ways. We teach you how to use tests or a more pragmatic approach to ensure continued progress.

Vi arbejder med forskellene og lighederne mellem at lave styrketræning for at forbedre ens eksplosive styrke og bygge flere muskler på kroppen.

We look at the differences and similarities between doing strength training to improve one’s explosive strength and/or to build more muscles on the body.
