Our classes are based on presence, trust and playfulness whether we challenge ourselves on the yoga mat, play with gravity in the hammock and when we use acrobatics as an approach to yoga.
Yoga is more than physical exercise. At Vejle Sports School we start with a physical approach to yoga and as the lessons evolve we go deeper into the mental part. Our approach is open and nonreligious. We use meditation as a tool to create balance in a life that can sometimes be stressful and hectic.
