Soccer Coach & Performance is tailored for you and your passion for football. The aim is to give you an insight into the different parameters of the world of football. We take a look at the different roles when working with football; being a football coach, talent scout, football analyst, strategy and management in modern football clubs.
FOOTBALL COACHING AND C COURSES
- We will develop your coaching skills through parts of DBU's C-coach course.
- We delve into the tactical parts of modern football and gain a much better understanding of the game.
- We look at practical coaching methods and exercises and try them out.
THE ROLE AS A FOOTBALL SCOUT AND TALENT SCOUT
- How to identify young talent and recruitment in the clubs.
- Learn scouting techniques and data analysis.
- Player assessment and analysis and how to build your own scouting profile.
PERFORMANCE AS A FOOTBALL PLAYER
- Understanding of physical training and performance promotion.
- Train your mental strength and sports psychology.
- Learn how to prevent injuries and strengthen recovery.
FOOTBALL & DATA ANALYSIS & AND OUR UNIQUE TEST CENTER
- Collect data and perform statistical analysis.
- Understand the decisive performance parameters and key figures.
- Analyze players and teams using video footage.
- How to do data analysis of football-relevant parameters - both technical and physical.
STRATEGY, ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT IN FOOTBALL CLUBS
- How to manage a club with the total finances.
- Dive into the transfer market and contract negotiations.
- How to handle sponsorships, marketing and revenue streams as a financial key person in the club.
VEJLE FOOTBALL CLUB & SUPERLIGAEN
We collaborate with Vejle Boldklub, and you will learn about how the club is built, and also experience top youth football. And not least, you will learn about some of the jobs that exist in a football club.

We will meet interesting personalities during the stay, including coaches from the top shelf.
FOOTBALL IN PRACTICE
This class is primarily about immersing yourself in the theoretical aspects of football. If you would like to play a lot yourself, you can combine this class with our other football classes.
Umiddelbart efter mit højskoleophold på Vejle Idrætshøjskole, begyndte jeg målrettet at arbejde frem mod en karriere i fodboldverden. Jeg kan bidrage med nogle af mine erfaringer først som fodboldtræner, senere som sportschef både i Kina og senere for Al Jazira i Dubai. Nu er jeg glad for at være en del af FC Nordsjællands unikke satsning Right to Dream og mit eget firma Optima Football, hvor jeg særligt nyder alt det strategiske, og hvordan man forbedrer performance i fodboldkulturen.
After my stay at Vejle Sports School, I began to work towards a career in the world of football. I can contribute with some of my experiences as a football coach, as a sports manager both in China and for Al Jazira in Dubai. Now, I am happy to be part of FC Nordsjælland's unique venture Right to Dream and my own company Optima Football, where I particularly enjoy all the strategic aspects and how to improve performance in football culture.
It sounds very exciting to watch the football from different perspectives. I can contribute with my experience as a professional player in Denmark and abroad, assistant coach on the women's national team, first team coach for the women in AGF where I really got an insider's look at what is going on in the football world.
The best game in the world! I have played futsal in Buenos Aires and futevolei at Ipanema Beach in Rio. My experiences confirm to me that football is a universal language. I am already dreaming of the feints and dribbles I will trick you with. I have been playing football in the best league in Denmark and now I am instructing future coaches at the C-level of DBU the Danish Football Association.
Football remains to be very popular in Denmark. To me, football is a free space and the game will always be close to my heart. At our school we enjoy football facilities on our multicourt, our indoor gym, our artificial turf as well as our natural grass field. Optimum conditions for carrying out our passion for football.
