We will explore crossfit, strength training and "strong man" in Denmark and Sweden. We are planning a 2-3 day road trip to delve into different strength training disciplines.
Together, we will visit impressive training facilities, meet strength training athletes and get an insight into their life with training, and of course we will also try their training advise.
There will be an extra payment for this trip. The price has not yet been determined.

Possible visit to Eleiko's Headquarters in Halmstad, Sweden (history, production and a unique training experience in the Eleiko Sport Center)

Crossfit training - perhaps in Kronan or Gripen Crossfit in Malmö

Meeting personal trainer and associated training center
A huge recommendation would be Eleiko's head office in Sweden. I was there a few years ago where we saw their production and then trained in their facilities. Probably one of the coolest training experiences I've had! It would definitely be my biggest recommendation when you are going in a larger group!
